The ECOCENTRE’s most recent building in which various meetings take place. It is an energy-saving building whose walls are made of clay and straw. A high-efficiency biomass stove is used to heat it. Energy is generated by pv modules, and water is heated by solar thermal collectors.

There is a mini-exhibition of handicrafts made by participants in the „Vanishing Occupations” workshops in this building. There is also a water tank which can hold up to 350 litres of rainwater coming from the roof. This water is used to water plants in the garden.
